I was diagnosed with lupus (SLE) in 2011 & started writing in 2017 to raise awareness & support others.

This journey has tested me to the edge. I stared death in the face. Allāh gave me a second chance at life, and I am determined to strive for excellence, nothing less.

This space shares what I’m learning about living with ihsān (excellence) in health, worship, habits, and everyday life + how you can too.
